Techcombank Mobile & OneU
OneU is a project to revamp an application formerly known as VinID. In the context of large corporations collaborating to form an ecosystem, rebranding has become a necessary step to align with the organization’s goals and business strategy.
Previously, VinID was widely recognized as a rewards application primarily used at Winmart. However, with the transition to OneU, the app evolved into a dual-purpose rewards platform, integrated with Techcombank Mobile. To use the service, users must link the OneU app with Techcombank Mobile.
What we do
In the early stages of the project, our product team dedicated significant effort to creating multiple concepts for all application modules, ensuring they adhered to the new design language. Simultaneously, we collaborated with the technical team to develop a new Design System tailored for Native, Webview, SDK,… environments.
Given the introduction of numerous new workflows in OneU, our focus extended beyond redesigning existing features. We also enhanced core experiences such as Payments, Burn Point, Voucher Claims,… and more by researching and integrating new UX patterns.
What we improve
Designing the product was a long journey. Once the product launched, we shifted to utilizing various frameworks to define the product’s objectives. These insights allowed us to propose improvements and prioritize items in the Backlog or Roadmap effectively.
Measuring Data
To measure product performance, we conducted weekly UX Reports. These sessions provided valuable insights into user behavior and needs, enabling us to make informed improvements and develop business strategies in collaboration with other departments.
